May’s Alternate Block
Monday, May 11th, 2009I’ve been busy washing up my fabric haul from Paducah
I’ve also been working a bit in the garden and it’s been so nice to be outdoors. So far it’s been a pretty cool, if a bit wet, spring.
I’ve cut out my First Saturday blocks and got the alternate blocked completed:
The main block is more than half way together so I’ll have a picture of it soon.
On another note, I’m going to make a free pieced letter for Tonya of Lazy Gal Quilting from her request in this post and she explains more about it at the end of this post. This is a good one for me because there’s a deadline, June 15th!! I work best under the pressure of a deadline
Remember my first attempt at free pieced letters? I’ll be using bright, happy fabrics for Tonya’s….I’d better get busy!
