DW Monday

It’s Design Wall Monday :)   I worked on a few things this weekend.  I got the pieced blocks sewn for the Vicksburg BOM, the first Pinwheel Party block together, made a couple of house blocks for Bumblebeans and worked on piecing the back for my Recycled Cabins top that I finished quite awhile ago. All in all, I got a lot completed.

I got a little bored sewing the backing pieces together…….

for this top……….

So I made another couple of house blocks which didn’t make it onto the design wall :)

Wow, you did do a lot this weekend. I think your “recylced backing” that will go with your log cabin front should now be called a “reversible” quilt. I love the front, but the back is neat in its own way. Is this the quilt top that was “lost?”

Cherie, I LOVE your quilt top. I may have to copy it and make one with my recycled jeans and flannel shirts. I’m working on a smaller throw with these items, and I’m sure to have bunches left over. Your quilt looks big. This is how I like to make scrap quilts. Nice going. Dar
