Late in the day design wall posting because I forgot to bring in my pictures
I sewed with the Scrap Club on Saturday and had such a good time. I completed the Zigzag 9 quilt top which is BIG….approx 92 x 102! I didn’t check the size when I started on this pattern. Guess I just assumed it was about twin sized. LOL not!
I’ll have to raid my stash to come up with enough fabric to make a backing for Zigzag since I used scraps for the 9 patches and don’t have any of the background left at all.
I also completed piecing the backing for my Crumb quilt top, which is on my priority list.
The result of this is I have a positive change in my stash report, woo hoo!

Cherie – Both are beautiful! I can’t wait to see them for real. I especially love the color & value placement in Crumb. I hope you’ll get them quilted & finished in time to enter them in QQ11 – good luck! – Jan
Wow! You’ve really been putting in some hours! I love the blues and greens, but your Crumb top is GORGEOUS! Have a great week!
Love your tops but especially love that backing! How fun!
I like your zig zag pattern & the blues & greens! Very nice!
Very nice, Cherie! I have missed several of your blog posts with our move, but I’m catching up now and I’m glad I didn’t miss this one!
