Here’s my design wall which is getting crowded with all the Grandmother’s Choice blocks
I finished up the alternate first Saturday block where I made yet another fabric substitution
My long arm Sophie & I bonded this weekend and I finished quilting our guild’s QOV string quilt. I quilted pretty densely as I hope this quilt gets lots of use and therefore lots of washes. I did loops and randomly placed stars….none of which show up well in the photo.
I’m happy that one of my recent Priority quilts has sold
I had a draft blog post I’d forgotten about that said these two quilts had been added to the Quilt for Sale page.
Summer Traveling #12,978 is still available here
Beach Living # 12,979 has sold
I received two wonderful pieces of fabric from DD but I forgot to take pictures…….so here’s my stash report.

Gift fabric doesn’t count, does it? Your Women’s Votes quilt blocks look wonderful in those colors. Unusual. I REALLY like your Saturday block, though.
I love your blocks, they have such wonderful fabrics too. Your quilting looks wonderful, I think it shows up wonderfully in the photo. Great job! Love bonding with the long arm over a weekend.
Love your little AAQI quilts. A great idea for those small embroidery pieces. Your QOV also looks awesome. I’m working on getting 7 QOV bindings put on some handquilted quilts. We are trying to finish and have 100 to give to each member of a unit from Farmington, MO that is returning in May or June.
