March is going out like a lamb with highs in the 70’s 🙂 My design wall is pretty much the same as last week:
These are samples I made from the marbling demo at our guild meeting. The one on the right was the first one…FAIL….the one on the left was much improved 🙂 Hat’s off to Liz Mitchell for the wonderful demo. I can see experimenting with this technique would be FUN, but man, is carrageenan expensive!
The RSC challenge color for April is purple. I picked out some purple thrifted shirt sleeves and put my Studio cutter to work. Thirty two half square triangles of each of 4 shirts took about 15 minutes and only because I had to iron them first 😉
