Anyone else watch Jimmy Kimmel & Adam Carolla on The Man Show so many years ago? At the end of the show they would hoist a beer and chant, “Ziggy Zaggy, Ziggy Zaggy, Oi, Oi, Oi”………I found the show hillarious…..granted it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but it made me laugh. So, when my husband saw my lastest quilt top he did The Man Show chant, thus naming this quilt 😉 This quilt is from Sujata Shah, of The Root Connection’s,workshop and is from her book, Cultural Fusion Quilts. I took the workshop along with Robin Stewart and Julie Sefton….great fun.
I’m happy with the way it turned out and it was so fun selecting the fabrics.
I’m working on a new Bonnie Hunter quilt, Scrap Crystals from her More Adventures with Leaders and Enders. I’m using autumn colors which are quite different that the blues & greens of Bonnie’s quilt. Below is my design counter 😉
I’m sewing on Scrap Crystals as my main project but I have Celtic Solstice as my leader/ender project. I love the colors Bonnie chose for Celtic Solstice so I’m not mixing the colors up on this one. Fun times!
I’ll be linking up with Judy’s Design Wall Monday link-up later. Edited to add: the DWM link.
